The Small Print
*If interest-free financing is used, the treatment discount is 5% instead of 10%. Excludes CT scans. Cannot be combined with any other offer, discounts, or insurance. Covered benefits of the savings plan are available at our office only. This is a dental savings plan, not a dental insurance plan. All savings plan membership fees are due and payable in full at the time of registration and are non-refundable. All charges are due on the day of service. The savings plan duration is one full year starting on the registration date, and coverage expires at the end of the membership year. The plan does not cover any portion of a specialist referral, dental care for injuries covered under workman’s compensation, dental care deemed outside the treating dentist’s or doctor’s capability, hospitalization or hospital charges of any kind, or dental care covered under automobile medical insurance.
